Oh So Antsy Washington State Necklace
One thing in particular that bonds us together here at Moorea Seal is our affinity for the Pacific Northwest. Makes sense, right? After all, Moorea Seal is based in the great city of Seattle. Some of our favorite designers have made their home in the PNW, as well. Today we're going to feature OH SO ANTSY, PINE + BOON, and LARK PRESS.
Jessica Angel of Oh So Antsy is a Seattle designer and, as you can see above, is the creator of the most darling state/country necklaces - which she hand-saws, buffs, and packages all individually and with precise care. Of course, living in Seattle for school, myself, I'm a big proponent of the Washington state necklace! ;)
Pine + Boon Punched Pouch
Jess Marie Griffith of Pine + Boon is yet another Seattle designer who focuses on handmade bags and textile designs. Her talent is obvious in her work, and it's clear that she pays special attention to detail in all her pieces. Personally, this little Punched Pouch is my absolute favorite. It's a neutral shade, but remains trendy and cute with the touch of blue and polka dots.
Lark Press Map of Oregon Card
Finally, we've got Jean Sammis of Lark Press, who works out of Portland, Oregon. This graphic designer and letterpress printer creates beautiful cards that, in my opinion, have that particular PNW aesthetic touch to them. This Map of Oregon Card is my favorite!
