Is your site secure?

Yes, our site uses the secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt all pages where you enter your address, phone number, credit card or other personal information. We never store your credit card information and take every possible precaution to protect the security of our customers information.

Is this item authentic?

We are 100% committed to offering only genuine products that are exactly as represented on our site. Our products come directly from the designer or authorized distributor and never from discounted or third party sources. If you have any questions or concerns about authenticity, please contact us at hello@mooreaseal.com. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept domestic and international Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards as well as PayPal.

Sold out?  No.  Omg.  SOLD OUT? 

When you really love something, chances are everyone else loves it a lot too.  When there is that much love out in the world, things sell out, and then they are gone. The good news is that we reorder popular styles whenever possible!  You can sign up for a 'Back in Stock' notification on the product page; you will receive an email notification the moment it is back! 

Do you offer price matching?

We are not able to offer price matching for products listed on other websites. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

We offer price adjustments in the form of a store credit. To qualify the item must be 1) from an order placed within one week of the promotion, 2) the exact same item (color and size) must be in stock, and 3) the original order did not include a promotional discount of any kind.  

Can I special order a sold out item? 

Have to have it?  Email us at hello@mooreaseal.com with the 1) designer name, 2) style name, and 3) color/size information.  Our team will let you know if we are expecting a reorder of the style or if we are able to special order it. 

How is Moorea Seal pronounced? 

Moorea is named after one of the Fiji islands. Her name is pronounced MOO-RAY-AH. Seal is pronounced just like the sea creature! 

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Possibly! Please leave a note with your order and we will see what we can do. Most small jewelry items can be gift wrapped while larger or oversized items cannot. 

Where is my order? I neeeeeeed it! 

It's coming!  Check out your shipment notification email for tracking details.  If you haven't received a shipment notification email, your order is still in our studio.  We promise it will go out soon!  If it has been over 72 hours, feel free to email us for an update at hello@mooreaseal.com.

Can I add an item, change, or cancel my order? 

Our team is so fast it's hard to catch packages before they are out the door, but we are always happy to try! Email us at hello@mooreaseal.com with any cancelation or modification requests. Even if we don't catch your order before its on the way, the good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them.  

When will my return be processed?  

Returns are generally processed within 5 business days from when we receive your package.  Processing times may be longer during special events and promotions. You'll receive an email as soon as your return is processed, we promise :)

I know of a charity that is perfect for your site!  Where should I send the information?

We love hearing about incredible charities!  Please email us at hello@mooreaseal.com with a link to the organizations website + your personal experience with them.

It's been longer than 30 days.  Can I return my order? 

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 30 day deadline.  

Oh no!  My credit card won't go through.

We recommend checking with your credit card's issuing bank to confirm the 1) the billing information, 2) available balance, and 3) any security limitations.  They are generally able to locate the problem quickly. 

Do you accept gift cards? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express gift cards.  Your gift card may need to be registered in order to be used for online purchases.  Check out the information on the back of the card for more details.

My package has been delayed!  Can you help speed things along?

The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact courier directly.  Weather and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but the courier's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

Is there a real life Moorea Seal store I can plan a pilgrimage to?
