Seeking a Bookkeeper/Business Office Assistant to maintain accurate book keeping, manage payables and receivables and assist in general daily office tasks.  Our ideal candidate would have professional office admin and book keeping experience in wholesale and retail industries.


  •      Maintain accurate book keeping of online retail, brick and mortar retail and wholesale businesses.
  •      Manage accounts payables and accounts receivables.
  •      Assist with general, everyday office tasks like filing paperwork.
  •      Maintain organized business office for executive staff.
  •      Communicate efficiently with executives and staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  •      High school diploma
  •      4+ years bookkeeping experience. Retail bookkeeping experience preferred. 
  •      Availability to work a flexible schedule
