THE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS (Terms + Conditions of Use)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher. 

Gift vouchers and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. 

Returned to sender, refused, or undeliverable packages will be processed as a return for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and incurred shipments costs. 

We are unable to reroute packages or modify addresses once your package has shipped. 

Moorea Seal is not liable for courier errors, misplaced or stolen parcels, or shipment errors due to inaccurate address information provided during checkout.  Please contact the shipment courier directly for these and other delivery related issues. 

Additional shipment charges may apply to oversized and/or packages weighing over 10lbs. 

The customer/recipient is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package.  These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by mooreaseal.com. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates. 

Damaged or defective merchandise will be assessed by the Moorea Seal team.  If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the merchandise at no additional cost to the client.  This excludes variations due to the handmade process, naturally sourced materials such as wood, stone and hand dye lots, and size or fit concerns.  

Advertised sizes (i.e. rings, necklaces, and One Size items) are provided by the designers directly and may not adhere to traditional sizing spectrums.  Additionally, products may vary from the listed dimensions as a result of the handmade process. 

We may terminate user access to the site (or any part of it) at any time without reason and without notice.   

We are unable to refund shipment and/or customs fees for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or returned parcels.  Please contact the shipment courier for more information on how to recoup these costs. 

Please open your package with care.  Moorea Seal is not liable for items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
